INgage Networks' MOVO Mobile, a product of INgage Networks, is committed to your privacy on the Internet and supports the principles of disclosure and fair information practices. This Privacy Policy applies only to the INgage Networks web site.

INgage Networks adheres to the Code of Conduct as defined by the Mobile Marketing Association (www.mmaglobal.com) Privacy Advisory Committee. INgage Networks' policy is to respect the privacy of all web site visitors to the extent permitted by law. This online privacy statement is intended to inform you of the ways in which this web site collects information, the ways that we use that information, and the ways in which we will protect any information you choose to provide us. Network Traffic Logs
In the course of ensuring network security and consistent service for all users, INgage Networks employs software programs to do such things as monitor network traffic, identify unauthorized access or access to nonpublic information, detect computer viruses and other software that might damage INgage Networks' computers or the network, and monitor and tune the performance of the INgage Networks network. In the course of such monitoring, these programs may detect such information as e-mail headers, addresses from network packets, and other information. Information from these activities is used only for the purpose of maintaining the security and performance of the INgage Networks' networks and computer systems. Personally identifiable information from these activities is not released to external parties without your consent unless required by law.

Web Visit Logs
Web sites routinely collect and store information from online visitors to help manage those sites and improve service. This information includes the pages visited on the site, the date and time of the visit, the Internet address (URL or IP address) of the referring site, the domain name and IP address from which the access occurred, the version of browser used, the capabilities of the browser, and search terms used on our search engines. This site makes no attempt to identify individual visitors from this information: any personally identifiable information is not released to external parties without your consent unless required by law.


Cookies

Messaging
NA primarily runs Standard Message rate mobile marketing campaigns. Each opt-in MT message should state "Msg&Data Rates May Apply". If and when INgage Networks offers a PSMS campaign, the terms of the campaign will be referenced here or directed to the customer's promotional site stating said terms and conditions. Users typically send a text message with a keyword to any of the INgage Networks short codes: 77812, 58163, or 247365 and will get an MT response depending on what short code marketing program they are opting into. At anytime the user can text “help” to any of the above short codes to get more information about the specific campaign or program and the customer support number 866-525-2270. Also at anytime the user can text “stop,” “end,” “quit,” or “unsubscribe” to opt –out of any marketing campaign that they are opted into. Supported US carriers include: AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Virgin, Midwest Wireless, Cricket, Nextel, Alltel, Dobson/Cellular One, and US Cellular.

MOVO Mobile primarily conducts Standard Rate Text Messaging campaigns with an MO based opt in.  For example a user will text “MOVO” to 77812 and receive an MT message stating the following: Welcome to INgage Networks' MOVO Mobile. Reply Y to see our WAP site capabilities. Std Msg Charges Apply. Txt help 4 info. Stop to end. User sends Y and getst the second MT: Click the link below to see how others have used MOVO's services. http://nawap.neighborhoodamerica.com/
